Polish-Canadian pianist and composer PAMELA CIOROCH is twenty-two years old and has been studying music for ten years. She graduated from the Royal Conservatory of Music in Toronto, Canada with an ARCT Diploma in Piano Performance with First Class Honours with Distinction. She is currently pursuing her bachelor's degree in piano performance (major) and Spanish (minor) at Pensacola Christian College in the U.S.

Pamela has enjoyed participating in music festivals and competitions over the years. She has been the recipient of many notable awards, including the Senior Rose Bowl Trophy and Scholarship at the Barrie Kiwanis Music Festival, 3rd Place in Ontario for Grade 10 Piano at the 2012 Ontario Music Festival Association (OMFA) Provincial Competition and just recently, winning the 2018 Gulf Coast Steinway Society Piano Competition (college-level) in Mobile, Alabama. 

Pamela's main passion is composing music. She wrote her first piece Memories of Poland at the age of sixteen, and has continued to compose ever since. Her composition Journeys of the River won her 3rd place at the 2013 ORMTA Music Writing Competition. in 2014, she won the Alliance for Canadian New Music Projects Composition Competition for her three movements from Georgian Bay Suite: Rugged Beauty, Tobermory Toccata, and Summer's End. Her greatest compositional achievement yet was winning the internationally-renowned Hal Leonard Composition Competition in 2015. Her winning piece was Tobermory Toccata.

Pamela's compositions are being performed at various concerts, exams and events. One of her most recent works - In His Presence - was featured at a Composers' Concert at Heliconian Hall in Toronto where it was performed by renown Canadian pianist Angela Park. 

Besides composing and performing, Pamela has been teaching piano to aspiring individuals in her own music studio in Tiny Township, Ontario; Joyful Sounds Music Studio in Horseshoe Valley, Ontario; as well as Elements of Music School in Barrie, Ontario. She accompanies various musicians throughout the year. She also has had the priviledge of serving as choir director at a local church before moving on to pursue a college degree. 

Pamela's love for music continues to grow and she aspires to establish her career as a professional composer. Her foremost desire in composing music is to minister to others in ways that will truly bless and impact people for an eternity in heaven with the Lord and Saviour Jesus Christ. But above all, that the music would glorify Him alone.
